HVAC box truck wrap ideas
Commercial HVAC box trucks park at mechanical yards and loading docks, not in driveways. The reader is a facility manager fifty feet away, or a driver in the next lane. They need the company name and a phone. They do not need a cutaway of a rooftop unit.
Site-sign scale on the box
Sample HVAC box truck. The name is the mark. The phone sits under it in a band. Rooftop, commercial, and maintenance share the bottom edge so none of them becomes a second logo.

Box coverage, few words
Shop proof of a box truck with graphics that cover the box and still leave the words huge. Match that coverage with fewer HVAC words, not more.
Flat box read from the dock
The crop is the box alone, the way a dock camera sees it. If the phone is not obvious here, it will not be obvious when the truck is between two trailers.
Treat the box like a site sign: name, number, and “commercial service” or “rooftop units” as the one specifier. The cab carries the dispatch number for the tech who gets waved down in the lot.
Curb-read checklist
Commercial words, not a house call menu
“Filter special” on a box truck talks to the wrong buyer. Say rooftop, commercial, or planned maintenance.
Name large enough for a yard
If you have to zoom the proof to read the company, the yard will not read it either.
One phone for dispatch
Office, after-hours, and parts numbers on the same box means nobody calls. Pick the line that gets answered.
Cab matches the box color
A factory-white cab on a full-color box looks unfinished in the proof. Show the cab in the same pass.
Remix this on their photo
Prompt to remix: box truck, commercial HVAC, deep blue box, company name very large, phone number in a light band underneath, one line: rooftop units, commercial, maintenance. Cab door repeats the phone. Industrial yard, daylight.
The box-truck hub on Box truck wrap mockups is the vehicle. This page is the commercial HVAC edit — yard distance, one dispatch number, no residential specials.
Common questions
Is a box truck a good HVAC wrap if most calls are residential?
Only if the truck actually does commercial work. A residential menu on a box looks like the wrong vehicle got branded. Use the cargo van or Sprinter pages for house calls.
Should I show a rooftop unit photo on the box?
Skip it. Equipment photos date and compete with the name. “Rooftop units” in type is clearer from the dock.
How is an HVAC box-truck proof priced?
Get the yard-readable proof approved first. Production handoff is a separate step after they accept the layout. You get 3 mockups when you sign up (lifetime), not per month. HD proofs start at $5, or Pro is $49/mo. Export for Design is 2 kits/mo on Pro, 10 on Production, unlimited on Business, or $19 a kit. HD proofs do not need a kit. Same-day shop proof, then files after approval.
