Accounts & Eligibility

You're responsible for your account and keeping credentials secure.

User Content & Rights

You retain rights to uploads and outputs. You grant us a limited license to process your assets to provide the Service. You confirm you have rights to the assets you upload.

Acceptable Use

• No unlawful/infringing content or brand misuse.
• No attempts to bypass paywalls, watermarks, or security.

Payments, Plans & Credits

• Subscriptions auto-renew until cancelled (effective end of term).
• PAYG single renders/credit packs are consumed on use and typically non-refundable.
• Pricing may change; changes apply to new terms/charges with notice.

Availability & Changes

We may modify or discontinue features. We aim for reliability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS". WE DISCLAIM ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

Limitation of Liability

OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU PAID IN THE PRECEDING 12 MONTHS.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms or legal requests.
