Priced per proof, not per seat you forgot about.
Free is 1 watermarked guest preview with no account, then 3 mockups when you sign up (lifetime, not per month). HD export is $5 one-time — HD proofs do not need an Export kit. Export for Design is 2 kits/month on Pro, 10 on Production, unlimited on Business, or $19 a kit ($79 for 5). Watermark-free exports go up to 3072px on the long edge.
