What we collect

• Account & contact: email, name (if provided).
• Uploads: images you upload to generate mockups.
• Usage: logs/diagnostics to improve reliability.
• Payments: processed by Stripe; we don't store full card numbers.
• Analytics: privacy-friendly usage analytics.

How we use data

• Provide and improve the Service (previews/HD renders, support).
• Billing, fraud prevention, and account notifications.
• Aggregate analytics to guide product quality.

Data retention

Preview assets up to 30 days; paid HD exports up to 365 days (unless deleted sooner). Minimal logs may be kept for security/accounting.

Your rights

Request access, correction, deletion, or export via your account settings (self-service delete) or privacy@mockmapr.com.

Third parties

• Stripe for payments
• Storage/CDN for uploads/renders
• AI models to process images (previews include invisible SynthID watermark)
