HVAC cargo van wrap ideas

HVAC wraps fail when the season changes and the van still shouts last April’s tune-up. The hierarchy should survive a swap of one line: “no heat” in January, “no cool” in July, same number, same logo.

Center band for the number

Sample HVAC cargo van. The phone is the stripe. Seasonal words sit in the service row so you can change “no cool” to “no heat” without redrawing the logo.

Van scale in a lot

A row of white cargo vans shows how small type gets once the vehicle is not cropped tight. Set the HVAC number for the lot, not for a zoomed screenshot.

Door: the number, then the season

Sliding door with the shop name up top and the phone in the middle. The single seasonal line under the number is the only offer. Maintenance plans do not fit here.

On a cargo van, center the phone in a band the eye hits first. The company name sits above it. Maintenance, repair, and install share one row underneath — three words, not a rate card for filters and thermostats.

Curb-read checklist

  1. Number in a band, not in the logo

A flame icon with a tiny phone inside it looks like a brand and fails as a call to action. Separate them.

  2. One seasonal line

Tune-up, no heat, or no cool. Whichever is true this month. Do not stack all three seasons.

  3. Logo color that survives a white van and a dark van

If the only version of the mark is white, show it on the actual van color in the proof before you promise the wrap.

  4. No price on the door

“$79 tune-up” dates the wrap and starts the argument in the driveway. Prices belong on the quote.

Remix this on their photo

Prompt to remix: cargo van, HVAC company, charcoal body, ice-blue horizontal band with a large phone number, company name above the band, three services below: no-cool, no-heat, installs. Residential driveway, bright daylight.

Cargo-van body style is covered on the Cargo van wrap mockups hub. Use this page for the HVAC words: a number that does not move when the season does.

Common questions

Should an HVAC van advertise the tune-up price?

No. Prices change and the wrap does not. Put the number and the service. Send the price in the text you were already going to send.

Where does the logo go if the phone is a full-width band?

Above the band, smaller, on the forward half. The band is the call. The logo is how they remember who they called.

What does an HVAC cargo-van proof cost before vinyl?

Approve the layout on their photo first. Kits and production files are for after that approval. You get 3 mockups when you sign up (lifetime), not per month. HD proofs start at $5, or Pro is $49/mo. Export for Design is 2 kits/mo on Pro, 10 on Production, unlimited on Business, or $19 a kit. HD proofs do not need a kit. Same-day shop proof, then files after approval.
