Pickup Truck Wrap Mockup Generator

Pickup trucks dominate service fleets. When a contractor wants doors and a tailgate branded before the next job site, a pickup truck wrap mockup gets the yes faster than a verbal description.

Proof gallery

Shop proofs are MockMapr marketing outputs. Layout studies are sample hierarchies, not photographs. Layered SVG tiles are the free presentation downloads — not year/make/model outlines.

Pickup truck shop proof with Summit Ridge Builders on the door and a phone number on the lower door

Door and lower band

Summit Ridge: name on the door, number on a light band along the bottom. The bed is not doing the selling.

White service pickup with a partial dark graphic on the front door in a gravel yard

Partial door proof

A door panel on an otherwise stock truck. This is the quote most service fleets actually buy.

Layered SVG of a pickup side with a door graphic and a short bed stripe

Free side file

Presentation SVG. Door panel plus a short bed stripe. Not a pickup outline template.

Layered SVG partial fleet board with a cropped cargo van door and a cropped pickup door

Pickup on the fleet board

The right-hand panel is a cropped pickup door. Use it when the pickup has to match a van, not when you are designing a full bed.

Harbor Fence pickup layout study with the phone number filling the door and the bed left bare

Phone owns the door

Layout study. If the door is the only panel, the number has to live there. The bed stays paint.

Ridge Haul pickup layout study with the shop name on the door and the phone on a bed stripe

Name on the door, number on the stripe

A bed stripe can carry the phone if ladders will not cover it. Say that out loud before you sell it.

North Yard pickup layout study with a light door panel and dark type on a dark truck

Light panel, dark truck

White cut vinyl on a white truck disappears. A light panel with dark type is the fix.

Field Crew pickup tailgate layout study with the shop name on the doors and the phone on a band

Tailgate, one number

Rear read for job sites. Name up top, phone on the band, no slogan fighting the tailgate handle.

MockMapr is tuned for that wrap-shop urgency: upload the logo, generate, share — often before the customer leaves the parking lot.

Mixed fleet packages

Match pickups with van and box truck proofs for one brand system.

Service vehicle wraps sell on visuals

Owners compare your quote against a competitor who already emailed a picture of “their truck.” A photorealistic pickup truck wrap mockup puts you back in the lead with a professional proof on your letterhead — or a clean share link.

Use HD exports for proposals and Magic Cut / Export for Design on eligible plans when you move into production design.

Same-day wrap mockup workflow

1) Open Create. 2) Add brand assets. 3) Generate the pickup proof. 4) Share. Most shops finish under ten minutes. That is the difference between “we’ll email you something next week” and a signed deposit today.

Pickups in a mixed fleet

The same brand often has a cargo van and two pickups. Design the door once, then check it on both bodies. The partial fleet SVG crops a van door and a pickup door on one board so you can see the mismatch before you print either.

There is no pickup page in the trade idea set. Plumbing, HVAC, electrician, and landscaper layouts are drawn on vans and box trucks. Use those for the words, then put the approved hierarchy on the pickup door in the proof.

Panel readability

  1. Curb distance

Neighbors read a pickup in a driveway, not from a block away. The door is the panel. Bed graphics are for the job site, and a ladder rack hides them. Look at the proof with a hand covering the bed. If the offer dies, the bed was doing too much work.

  2. Phone size

On a partial door wrap the number has to fit the door. Do not spend that space on a tagline. The Summit Ridge proof puts the number on a band because the door mark alone is not enough.

  3. Door vs full wrap

Quote the partial first. A full-body pickup is a different job and a different price. Owners compare your partial to the shop that already emailed a picture of “their truck.” Send the partial proof the same day.

  4. Contrast

Light lettering on a white service truck is invisible in sun. The partial proof uses a dark door graphic for that reason. If their truck is dark, flip it: light panel, dark type, as in the contrast study.

Common questions

Can I create a pickup truck wrap mockup without Photoshop?

Yes. MockMapr runs in the browser. No install, no design degree — upload or prompt and generate a shareable proof.

Are pickup wrap exports print-ready?

HD exports are up to 3072px at 300 DPI for presentations and production reference. Final cut files still follow your shop’s wrap prepress process.

What other vehicles can I mock up?

Sprinters, cargo vans, box trucks, and more. See related hubs or start at the main vehicle wrap generator.

What does a proof cost after the free signup mockups?

You get 3 mockups when you sign up (lifetime), not per month. HD from $5 or Pro $49/mo. Export for Design is 2 kits/mo on Pro, 10 on Production, unlimited on Business, or $19 a kit. HD proofs do not need a kit.

Is the free pickup file a full vehicle template?

No. The pickup side download is a layered SVG presentation: a door panel and a short bed stripe. The partial fleet file crops a pickup door next to a van door. Neither is a year/make/model outline or a cut file.
