Vehicle wrap · same-day proofs
Food Truck Wrap Mockup Generator
A food truck sale is a menu the owner can see on the metal, with the serving window left alone. MockMapr makes that proof the same day, from their photo or from the layouts on this page.
Proof gallery
Shop proofs are MockMapr marketing outputs. Layout studies are sample hierarchies, not photographs. Layered SVG tiles are the free presentation downloads — not year/make/model outlines.

Dusk serving window
The flank has to work under warm lamps, and the serving window breaks the panel. Type that crosses the window is a production problem.
Three items, then stop
Layout study. Name, three things you sell, number on a band. The window stays clear.
Name forward of the window
The window is the largest shape on the side. The name sits in front of it, not across the glass.
Rear doors
People walking up from the lot read the back. Name on one door, phone across both, where you are parked if you move.
Night contrast
Light flank, dark type, warm lamps. A dark wrap with thin white script fails after sunset.

Large-panel scale
This is a box truck, not a food truck. Use it to judge type size on a big flat panel, then put the menu back on the food-truck proof.
Large-panel SVG
Free box-side presentation file. There is no food-truck outline in the library. Edit the box panel if you need a hand comp of a big flank tonight.
Rear-panel SVG
Roll-up door file. A food-truck rear is usually split doors, which is what the rear study shows. This file is the single-door version.
Agree three items, the truck name, and where the number goes. Then generate it on the truck they actually park. Production files come after they approve the picture.
Built for shop urgency
Menu before vinyl
Lock the three items and the name while the window, hinges, and counter are still visible in the comp.
Night service
Check the flank under warm light, not only on a white artboard at noon.
Walk-up vs catering
If they cater, the phone earns a band. If they only sell at the window, the menu outranks the phone.
The window is part of the design
Flat menu art that ignores the serving window looks finished until it is on the truck. The proof should show the opening, the counter, and the type that stops before both. That is what the owner is approving.
Box-truck files in the free library are large-panel presentation SVGs. They are a hand comp for a big flank, not a food-truck outline and not a cut file. There is no year/make/model food-truck catalog here.
From a layout to their photo
Use the studies on this page to agree the hierarchy. Open the wrap generator when the photo arrives. Guests can start a watermarked preview. HD export is a separate step from Export for Design — 2 kits on Pro, 10 on Production, unlimited on Business, or $19 a kit. HD proofs do not need a kit.
Menu first, production files after they approve
Food truck buyers approve a picture of the truck at the curb, not a dieline. Generate that picture on their photo, or start from the dusk proof and the layout studies if they have not sent one yet. The box-truck SVGs are presentation files for a large panel. They are not food-truck outlines and they are not cut files.
There is no food-truck page in the trade idea set. Those pages are plumbing, HVAC, electrician, and landscaper. Use this hub for the menu problem, then the generator when you have their truck.
Panel readability
Curb distance
A food truck is read from the sidewalk queue and from across a lot at dusk. Menu items that need a sentence do not get ordered. Three names, the truck name, and how to find you. That is the panel.
Phone size
A phone number matters if you cater or if the truck moves. It should not fight the menu. Put it on a band under the items, or on the rear, not in the same size as the tacos. If ordering is walk-up only, the menu outranks the phone.
Door vs full wrap
The serving window, the order counter, and the hinges are holes in the art. A full wrap that runs through the window looks fine in a flat file and fails on the truck. Keep type on the solid flank. Show the owner that edge in the proof.
Contrast
Night service means the flank is lit by warm bulbs and street light. Light panel, dark type, or a saturated panel with light type. Check the dusk proof before you promise a dark-on-dark script logo.
Common questions
Can MockMapr mock up a food truck wrap?
Yes. Generate a proof on their photo, or start from the menu layouts on this page if the photo has not arrived. The serving window should stay clear of type.
Will the mockup match my exact truck?
A photo of their truck is the accurate comp. The studies here are layout samples for the menu hierarchy. They are not a measured outline of a specific year and model.
Do I need a kit to send an HD food truck proof?
No. HD proofs do not need an Export for Design kit. Kits are for the Illustrator handoff after they approve — 2 a month on Pro, 10 on Production, unlimited on Business, or $19 a kit.
What does a proof cost after the free signup mockups?
You get 3 mockups when you sign up (lifetime), not per month. HD from $5 or Pro $49/mo. Export for Design is 2 kits/mo on Pro, 10 on Production, unlimited on Business, or $19 a kit. HD proofs do not need a kit.
Do you have a free food truck outline template?
No. The free library is presentation SVGs for cargo vans, Sprinters, box trucks, and pickups, not a year/make/model catalog. For a food truck, use the photo proof and the layout studies on this page, or the box-truck side and rear files if you only need a large-panel hand comp.
Can I mock up the menu without a photo of the truck yet?
Yes. Start from the layout studies to agree the three items, the name, and where the window cuts the art. When they send the photo, generate the proof on that truck. Guest preview is available before they sign up.
