Open the SVG in Illustrator, Affinity Designer, or Inkscape. In Inkscape the named groups are layers. In Illustrator and Affinity they open as named groups. Edit Wrap artwork — that group is the panel you would treat like a smart object.

Is this Sprinter file a year and model outline?
No. It is a styled side presentation of a Sprinter-class van. It is not a year/make/model template and it is not a production cut path.
Which group do I edit for the client’s lettering?
Edit the Wrap artwork group. Leave Vehicle body and Glass and lamps alone if you only need to swap the name and phone. The artboard is 2400×1360 pixels.
Will this Sprinter mockup open in Inkscape?
